Its such an exciting day when the book you've been working on gets released into the world! It is also terrifying! It's uncanny that amongst all the beautiful, thoughtful reviews, you can't help but be saddened by the less complimentary ones! I try to avoid looking too much. What I can say is that I make my work from my heart and I truly hope that my stories/poems are thought provoking, none more so than Just Like You which publishes today with Otter-Barry Books.
